This accommodation is located in an ideal spot, close to many important tourist attractions. It is handy to everything and yet so nice and quiet. There is a great cafe nearby where guests can enjoy some delicious food. it is close to the stadium, which is perfect for sports enthusiasts.
The state of the rooms and bathrooms are not up to par.

We visited Dunedin as a large family group booking a studio unit and a 2 bedroom unit, which was very spacious, tidy and modernised. We had a very comfortable stay.
Was surprised they didn't supply shampoo, but this wasn't a big issue at all.

Comfortable room with helpful and friendly staff. Great amenities such as a kettle, fridge and smart TV with Netflix. Spacious room with good heating and plenty of shopping centres nearby.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The owner Peter was very kind and helpful. We forgot to bring our drivers license to nz and had to travel by bus. He came into town to pick us up. We stayed in the Jade room, which as spacious and comfortable. Just wished it had a desk. The location is better if you have a car. We didn't have a car, but still walked (about 20-30 min) to the ocean front and it was beautiful, even in the rain.
If you are not traveling by car, it can be difficult to reach.

Great to have a separate bedroom from the living quarters in this motel. Very thoughtful layout. The self-serve laundry was great. This was the perfect spot to explore the Otago Peninsula as well as Dunedin itself. Also close to Fitzroy hotel On the Park which is the best value pub meal I have ever seen.

This hotel in a mostly residential area is a fantastic value for money. The rooms are spacious, with a nice big king bed and a separate kitchen area. The location on a quiet street is perfect, with a supermarket close by and easy access to the seaside. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a large TV and comfortable couch. We had everything we needed for a romantic escape. the location was peaceful and easy to find with a feeling of safety and privacy. We appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful with any requests we had.
It would have been nice to have a better system for separating recycling from landfill waste. some of the facilities were a bit outdated, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

Motel was quiet, close to Dunedin to access city activities but far enough away for peace & quiet
Whilst rooms were clean & functional, they could possibly benefit from decor update. But still fab value for money even though decor is a little dated

We enjoyed the friendly staff and the well-equipped kitchen. It was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. We were able to get internet wifi from the unit and they even supply a laptop if you've forgotten yours which was very handy.
